Raymond Senyo Amezado
Mabu Golf Academy is led by Raymond Senyo Amezado, a distinguished Ghanaian educational advocate, US Army veteran, and elite sports administrator. Bringing 11 years of military discipline and strategic leadership from his service in the United States military, Raymond also boasts a premium background in North American sports as a former coach in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
His deep dedication to youth development led him to found the Fafali Organization, whose groundbreaking junior golf program in partnership with Achimota Golf Club has successfully produced national champions and internationally ranked amateur golfers.
In recognition of his profound community transformation efforts through sports and education, Raymond was honored as the 2025 overall winner of the prestigious JoyNews Impact Makers Award. His expertise ensures that Mabu operates with unmatched structural discipline, community impact, and clear pathways to international collegiate excellence.
Quinton Sherlock Jr.
Mabu Golf Academy is co-led by Quinton Sherlock Jr., a distinguished Bermudian professional golfer, academic, and the sitting President of the Bermuda Professional Golfers' Association (BPGA). As the only fully certified Leadbetter Instructor in Bermuda and a former university psychology lecturer, Quinton brings an elite, metrics-driven approach to junior player development that bridges sports science with youth psychology.
His deep tie to Ghana spans over a decade, during which he served as the General Manager of Achimota Golf Club and Head of Instruction right here at Bok Nam Kim Golf Club.
An affiliate member of the Ghana PGA and a passionate philanthropist, Quinton’s rare combination of international tournament expertise, academic rigor, and profound dedication to Ghanaian youth development ensures our academy operates at an uncompromising global standard.
